A credit is Dr.Q's usage unit. Every computation costs credits, depending on model size and analysis scope. The chat assistant flags implausible inputs, and the credit balance is visible in the account.
The account remains, projects and reports stay accessible. Computing continues via credit purchase or a subscription.
We set up every account personally and touch base briefly about it.
Credits included in a subscription stay valid for three months. Purchased credits never expire.
An upgrade takes effect immediately; the additional credits are available right away. A change to a smaller plan applies from the next month.
